Acceptance of Terms

• joyana9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access occurred due to the player's failure to maintain password confidentiality.

3.4 KYC Verification

joyana9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform management. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed:

6.4 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake refunded. joyana9's decision in malfunction disputes is final.

User Obligations

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joyana9 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

Account Suspension & Closure

joyana9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Equally, players have the right to close their own joyana9 account at any time by contacting customer support.

8.1 Platform-Initiated Closure

joyana9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player identity, device, or payment method.
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, joyana9 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation is complete.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure
